Meet the Owner
Josh Watson
My name is Josh Watson — I live here in McCall with my wife Brinley.
I've spent most of my life in cold, snowy environments, so I've seen firsthand the damage ice dams can cause and how important it is to handle them the right way. I've been trained in safe, effective removal methods and take pride in doing the job without damaging your roof.
Before starting Ice Dam Bros, I ran a mobile bike shop, where I learned the importance of showing up for customers, doing honest work, and building trust. That same mindset carries into everything I do today.
I come from a hands-on background — my dad is a carpenter, and I grew up working with tools and learning how to do things the right way. I've always enjoyed solving problems and working outdoors, which makes this work a natural fit.
When I'm not on a roof, you'll usually find me snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, or spending time outside with my wife. I care a lot about this community and take pride in helping local homeowners stay safe and protected.
